Is there a need for a support group for cancer survivors and their caregivers? Family of God has been asked to explore that possibility. A new group will be offered on the third Sunday of each month from 4:30-6:00 at Family of God.
Please join us at the new Cancer Support Group. Share with people who understand what you’re going through in a comforting place to receive support, give strength and share. This will be an informal group which will not offer medical advice. Open to all cancer patients, survivors, caregivers, loved ones, and support people.

Family of God is one sponsor of a new community group called Connections. The monthly meetings are a time to meet with people who share a hope for a better world and a more connected community. While they were eating, Jesus took a loaf of bread, and after blessing it he broke it, gave it to the disciples, and said, “Take, eat; this is my body.” Then he took a cup, and after giving thanks he gave it to them, saying, “Drink from it, all of you, for this is my blood of the covenant, which is poured out for many for the forgiveness of sins. I tell you, I will never again drink of this fruit of the vine until that day when I drink it new with you in my Father’s kingdom.”
