A local group calling themselves Common Ground will read and discuss the book Hate Won’t Win by Mallory McMorrow on the first Thursdays of April, May and June in the Family of God Fellowship Hall at 7 p.m. Everyone is welcome.

On the third Wednesday of each month we gather at North Country Food Bank to fill boxes of food for seniors. The food bank shares these each month with seniors throughout Northwest Minnesota. More information about North Country Food Bank’s mission can be found here.
Children in elementary and middle school meet on the second Wednesday of the month at 5:30 for a fun activity. All children are welcome. Let us know if you’d like to invite children from your family or neighbors.

Have you been impacted by any type of cancer? Please join us at the Cancer Support Group. Share with people who understand what you’re going through in a comforting place to receive support, give strength and share. This will be an informal group which will not offer medical advice. Open to all cancer patients, survivors, caregivers, loved ones, and support people. Meeting times are at 4:30 p.m. the third Sunday of the month at Family of God Church. Stop by and warm up with a free cup of coffee, tea or hot cocoa that's always hot and ready for you. Look for other opportunities during the week to share in conversation and meals.
