Anyone interested in supporting Human Rights is invited to gather on the second Saturday of each month. We strive to empower individuals and organizations to become effective advocates for human rights. Our mission is to promote and protect human rights, supporting those who have been marginalized and working towards fostering a more inclusive and just society. Join us in creating a world where everyone's rights are respected and upheld.

Have you been impacted by any type of cancer? Please join us at the Cancer Support Group. Share with people who understand what you’re going through in a comforting place to receive support, give strength and share. This will be an informal group which will not offer medical advice. Open to all cancer patients, survivors, caregivers, loved ones, and support people. It is a practice that helps to free the mind from distortions and offers the possibility of living each moment fully with compassion and freedom. The practice of Insight Meditation requires no belief commitments.

On the third Wednesday of each month we gather at North Country Food Bank to fill boxes of food for seniors.  The food bank shares these each month with seniors throughout Northwest Minnesota.  More information about North Country Food Bank’s mission can be found here.

We join in conversation about faith and justice in our world on the first and third Thursday of each month. We will be begin discussion of the March issue of Sojourner’s magazine. Join us!

Add your skills to our projects! Those who enjoy crafting and sewing meet on the second and fourth Wednesdays at church.  You are welcome to join in these activities or to bring your own project and enjoy the good company while you work. Contact us at grandcitiesfog.org.

Connections is a monthly gathering of people who care about doing good in our community.  Those who gather share projects they are working on, ask for advice about networking, and encourage one another.  The group meets on the fourth Saturday of each month at the East Grand Forks Library. Everyone is welcome. Invite a friend!
